It is my pleasure to inform you that final inspection has been completed on the roof replacement prejects at the Roselawn Museum and Estate, and I have recommended to the Bartow County Governemnt that the work be accepted. I have also recommend the Bartow County countinue to utilize your firm's skills on future roof repair projects, not only at our historic buildings, but also any other buildings owned by the county government.

The workmanship of both your copper sheet metal work and the installation of new slate shingles was exceptional. This is important since all work had to comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings. Roselawn is considered by the Georgia Division of Historic Preservation as one of the top twenty-five historic houses in the state. This is why Roselawn continues to recieve historic preservation grants to rehabilitate the structure. The Board of Directors and I were also impressed by the face that your crews would keep coming back to the site until you were satisfied that the work was done right.
