Ihave used Roofing Specialist, Ince. on two ooasions. The first was for my farmhouse in Sevier County, Tennessee. This home was constructed around 1909 and it desperately needed a roof replacement. I was restoring the home and wanted to use the same terne metal roofing that was originally installed. We were running into difficulty in finding a company that was qualified to install the material, so I contacted the manufacturer, Follansbee Steel, and they recommended Gary. His crew did a wonderful job on a very difficult installation. The crew chief formed all the seams by hand and it was very apparent to me that he was experienced. After six years, I am still very satisfied.

The second time I used Roofing Specialist, Ince. was for my Knoxville home last fall. Constructed in 1937, the house has a tile and copper roof with copper guttering. They replaced several of the tiles, put a new standing seam copper rooof over the rear, and replaced all the copper guttering on the rear of the house. I was very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them.
